Yes, we courier across the world, wherever DHL delivers, including USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia. New Zealand and more. We ship via DHL Express.

We courier cards globally using DHL Express and charge on actuals. The courier charge depends on the destination country and the weight of the parcel.
To give an idea, the shipping charge is about 10-15% of the order value, it can be a little more or little less depending on the items ordered and the destination country.

No, the courier charges mentioned in our quotes do not include import duty, as import duty is not always applied by countries on wedding cards. We prefer to not increase the courier charge by estimating a figure for import duty as most of the times import duty is not charged.
Certain countries such as the UK, Australia, Singapore and the EU sometimes apply import duty on wedding invitations. These duties are not always applied on wedding cards, nor are they communicated in advance to us. Hence, we do not include them in our courier charges.
Who pays the import duty if it is applied at the time of entry into the destination country?
If Import duty is applied at entry into your country, DHL will reach out to you for the payment, which they will collect from you and pay directly to the local government. They will then delivery the cards to your address.

No, we don’t take on rush orders. Min Order time is 2 months. We take great effort in making sure that the invitations and stationery are made with the highest print quality & finish, and that requires time.
A certain amount of time is required at each step:

Printed Cards & Stationery
50% advance to begin work, and the balance is taken before printing. This allows clients to tweak their quantities a little if needed before printing begins.
Domestic clients: We accept all modes of payment including NEFT, Credit Card, Debit Card and UPI
International clients: We accept all credit cards, debit cards via a payment link

Yes, you can! Samples are available for most designs.
You can order a sample to get a touch & feel of the invitation. You can even mix and match elements from different invitations and create a custom sample invitation. Your final card will look similar to the sample except it will have your text printed on it.
To order a sample, please reach out to us and let us know the SKU number, picture or name of the sample you need and we will courier it to you based on availability. You can order up to 3 different samples.

Please note: Final colours will vary from the sample, depending on the design.

A sample costs only INR 700 / USD $9 per set. A sample card set includes all the elements shown in the photo of that invitation. You can even mix and match elements from different designs to create a sample set with all the elements you’d like to see. You can order a maximum of 3 samples.

Shipping cost is INR 300 within India and INR 2,000 / USD $25 for outside India, for up to 3 samples

Yes! Nothing gets printed without your approval.
Your wedding cards and stationery will only go for printing once you are 100% happy and approve the proof for print.

Yes, you can. We routinely fix calls with potential clients where we address all their queries and explain what all we do and how the order process works.

We’ll first get back to you on WhatsApp with an estimate & timelines, and then we can fix a time for a call that works (taking into account time zone differences) for a 30 minute Google Meet call.Note: Our timings are 10am - 7:30pm Dubai time, from Monday to Friday.

Typically 3 rounds of iterations is more than enough to finalise the invitation.
However, some people take many more rounds, so it all depends on you.
For custom designs, 3 rounds of iterations are included in the design fee. Additional edit rounds are subject to an incremental cost.

Yes, we do other languages as well such as Hindi, Tamil, Punjabi, Urdu and so on. We would need the wording typed out in the language in a word file.
Best to share the wording with us before placing the order so that we can test the wording is being picked up by the available fonts of that language.

There is a separate custom design charge depending on the work involved, and minimum 1 month time gets added over and above the usual order timings.

Yes, as part of the invitation process, we can make an elegant monogram for you like seen on many of the invites in the collection. This can be added on the invites and stationery, and you can ask us to share the monogram file in case you need it for wedding decoration or any other use.

Yes, you can change the motifs seen on the inserts at no additional cost.
We have a large motif library with many religious motifs, function motifs and general motifs to choose from. You’ll see this in the Top Menu section on the website.

We use 300 GSM for inserts and 250 GSM for envelopes, smooth finish matte papers. Some invites have textured papers.

Yes you can.
A QR code for RSVP or to the Wedding Website can be added to your RSVP insert or any other insert as needed. You can share the QR code along with the wording, or just share the link with us and we’ll have one created for you.
Normally, our clients use the RSVP page on wedding websites such as Zola or The Knot, or create a google form to collect RSVPs. QR code can be made for both.

Yes we do. You can take an outer mailing envelope with any invitation you choose, and have the guest names and addresses printed on it. Alternatively, we can also print them on labels, which can be manually applied on the invitation envelope by you.
Just guest names can also be printed on the invitation envelope if you plan to hand deliver and would like a personal touch. -
No - We don’t assemble invitations because in Indian weddings, not all guests are invited to all functions. Hence, each invite needs to be carefully assembled with different number of inserts depending on the guest. Plus, there are sequence preferences, some prefer to place the inserts date-wise, some importance-wise.
So we send each item separately shrink wrapped (envelopes, inserts, belly bands etc. packed separately) for you to assemble the invites at your end.
